you need my card please send your card via bureau
or direct. Both ways are ok.
I sent my QSL cards to
the IARU QSL Bureaus twice a year, in January and July.
If my QSL is important for you, please send a direct request,
with 1 IRC or 2 GS (EU only 1).
Cards received
with no postage will be answered via bureau only.
If you would
like to request a QSL via the bureau, please send an email with
the QSO(s) details, no need to send your card.
